Pool Sanitization with 3-Inch Tablets

These 3-inch tablets are designed for use in automatic feeders or floaters, delivering a comprehensive pool maintenance solution. They effectively kill bacteria, control algae, clarify the water, prevent metal staining and corrosion, and reduce scale formation, all in one slow-dissolving tablet.

Important Notes: 1. Shock your pool weekly to maintain optimal sanitization. 2. Factors such as sunlight, rainfall, temperature, number of swimmers, and frequency of pool use can affect chlorine residual levels. Adjust your cleaning and chemical maintenance accordingly. 3. Use this product only in an automatic feeder or floater, and do not mix it with other chemicals. 4. To avoid damage to the pool surface or materials, do not allow the product to come into direct contact with them.

Before You Begin: 1. Ensure all pool equipment is working properly. Adjust the stabilizer levels to 40-100 ppm using a stabilizer product. 2. Test the water's pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness, and adjust them to the recommended levels. The ideal pH range is 7.4-7.6. 3. Check the free available chlorine level and adjust it to 2-4 ppm by adding a granular chlorinating product.

Start-Up: 1. If the water is cloudy or green, superchlorinate the pool with the appropriate shock product until it clears. 2. Add 16 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of pool water to the feeder or floater, and then test the free available chlorine level (allow the water to circulate for at least 4 hours before testing). Adjust the feeder or floater as per the manufacturer's instructions to maintain a free available chlorine level between 2-4 ppm. 3. Once the free available chlorine level is adjusted to 2-4 ppm, add an algaecide.

Maintenance: Add 16 ounces of this product per 10,000 gallons of pool water per week, or as often as needed, to the feeder or floater to maintain a constant free available chlorine level of 2-4 ppm. Reentry into the treated swimming pool is prohibited when the free available chlorine levels are above 3 ppm, due to the risk of bodily injury.

This all-in-one product combines sanitizer, clarifier, stain inhibitor, algae control, descaler, and sunlight protector in a slow-dissolving 3-inch tablet. Use 2 tablets per 10,000 gallons of water and maintain the pH at 7.4-7.6 and the total alkalinity at 80-130 ppm for optimal performance. Each individually wrapped tab weighs 8 ounces, and the 5-pound container (10 tabs) provides a convenient solution for your pool's routine maintenance.
